Our Story
Osprey Advisory began in 2017 as Osprey Accounting Services, providing full-service tax and accounting support to small businesses. Over time, one thing became clear: many business owners weren’t just looking for compliance—they needed strategic guidance.
In 2022, the firm evolved into Osprey Advisory, focusing exclusively on business growth and profitability advisory.

Bryan’s Experience
Bryan has more than 25 years of experience spanning public accounting, private industry, and strategic leadership roles. His background includes:
- Working with small businesses in retail, restaurants, and construction
- Serving in leadership roles at a Fortune 500 commercial real estate company
- Advising business owners on forecasting, profitability, cash flow, and strategic planning
- This combination of hands-on operational experience and deep financial expertise allows Bryan to bridge the gap between numbers and strategy, helping owners run their businesses with clarity and confidence.
Community & Personal Life
Bryan is proud to call Gig Harbor, Washington home, where he lives with his wife and two dogs. Their two sons are building their own futures, having recently left home for school and to start their careers. He’s actively involved in the community, coaching youth basketball and having served as an assistant varsity basketball coach at Peninsula High School from 2013–2020. Since 2022, Bryan has also served as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors of Food Backpacks 4 Kids – an organization that strives to meet the nutritional needs of hungry children and families at times when other resources are not available.
